To find an earlier version of the documentation, see the Legacy documentation table below for links to older versions that are outside of this portal.

Searching the Knowledge Portal

Select the Search field at the top-right of the page to initiate a search. An editable search field appears in the center of the page. Enter your keywords or questions in this field, without pressing Enter, and results will automatically appear.

Search results are based on article category and title, tags, and text content.

To use Advanced Search, select Go to advanced search at the bottom of the basic search results window. This will open up a Search page with a list of filters on the left-hand side. Here you can filter your search by category, tags, language, and the date the article was created/edited.

Searching with Sage AI

Using Sage AI when searching the Knowledge Portal can help answer questions, summarize sections, and find information that may not be at the top of the search result list.

When performing a basic or advanced search:

  1. Enter keywords or ask a question as usual, but then press Enter.

  2. Once you press Enter, Sage AI will generate a summary to answer your search query on top of the related search results.
