This screen lists all users who have been assigned a User, Service, or Portal User license.
If a user has multiple Client profiles with different IdPs, even though it's same person signing in on the same device, the Appgate SDP system will treat each as a new user. So every time a user connects using a different IdP, another license will be consumed.

Un-assigning a license
User and Portal user licenses are automatically un-assigned 30 days after the user was last seen. You can use the Last Seen column to see which users are approaching the limit. This will show the date of the system upgrade until that user signs in.
The search has filters built in to allow you to see the users of each type of license. This can be useful when you need to split out the license usage based on the Client Profiles that were used.
NOTE
Because you cannot manually un-assign a license, to prevent a user from signing in again, use Registered Devices to blacklist the user or delete the user from the IdP database.
