After creating an applicable Policy and Entitlement for an SDP user, the following message is presented when attempting to log into the AppGate SDP Client for the first time:
"There is no access policy set for this user. Please contact your administrator."

This error can occur on any Version of AppGate SDP.
Resolution / Suggested Action
This message may appear for the following reasons:
The user is not associated with a Policy that uses Assignment Criteria and an Entitlement (this is the most typical cause). To resolve the error for this situation, ensure that the user is configured with a matching Policy as detailed in the SDP Admin Guide. Be aware that the error message will continue to appear until:
Policy Assignment Criteria is created that is identified with that user.
An Entitlement is created.
Policy is defined that uses both of the above.
A Site is not defined in the Appliance’s General Settings page. Ensure at least one site is configured in a Collective
A Gateway is not configured for the Site. At least one Gateway must be set up for each Site.
