Blacklisted Users

Prev Next

This screen lists all users who have been denied access to the system and provides the option to restore users who may have been blacklisted accidentally.

The purpose of Blacklisting is to stop all active sessions for that user, and by putting their details on the blacklist, prevent then from signing in to the system from any device. If you want to prevent a specific device from being used to sign in, such as if the device has been stolen, then try the on-boarding option relating to Registered Devices or a stop Policy.

If you know the name of a user you wish to Blacklist then the action button can be used to do this. However it might be better to find the user in Active Sessions or Registered Devices and then use the action buttons to do this. You can re-enable a blacklisted user from the Action Buttons against that users name.
