Tags can be used to find objects and establish relationships between different objects in the system.

Use the Tags form to:
View all the Tags you have configured in the Collective.
Add new Tags.
Edit existing Tags.
Perform actions using the action buttons provided (See below).
Action Buttons
Action buttons are accessed by clicking the three dots icon (
) to the right of each line item in the Tags page or from the <Actions> button within the item. They are contextual, changing depending on the type of item and the state of the item. The Action button in the Tags page displays the following options:
Show Tag Overview. Open the overview of the tag’s occurrences in the system.
Clone. Clone this tag.
Delete. Remove this tag.
NOTE
Tags can only be deleted when they have been removed from all objects in the system.
Tag Overview
Selecting Show Tag Overview with the Action button highlights the number of occurrences of the tag against each of the system elements. Selecting an element brings up its page filtered for the tagged items. You can also select the Edit Tag button from the Tag Overview window to edit the tag.
Configuring tags
Complete the following fields in the Tags page (System > Tags) to configure tags:
Name. The name of a tag can be edited after it is in use. This will update all references to it within the system. However, if you have referenced Tags in a script (for example, user.tags) then these will need to be updated manually.
Appearance.
Color. Manage the color of the tag shown wherever it appears in the system.
