Use the Home - Dashboard to view the status of your Collective and get an overview of usage. It is possible to set up limited admin access to selected widgets within the dashboard. For details of how to do this please see the Admin Roles section and specifically the Dashboard section.

This section describes the different sections of the dashboard screen. For more details of each widget, follow the links below.

Health - Appliances

A summary of the current status of the appliances in the Collective.

The three statuses include links to filtered views of the Appliances page.

The widget includes a link to the unfiltered Appliances page.

Device Registrations

The number of on-boarding cookies issued in the past 24 hours. See Device Registration for more details.

Active Sessions Map

The map identifies the location of users with active sessions. This information is derived from their IP address. Internal IP addresses will not be shown on the map. So if users IPs are NATed by a firewall they may appear to be internal.

NOTE

When a user quits or signs-out they may not disappear until the next token update which may take up to 5 minutes.

Health - Sites

A summary of the current status of the Sites in the Collective that include Gateways. The three statuses include links to filtered views of the Sites list page. This includes Site Health Details from where you can get to the Appliances Health Status. The widget includes a link to the unfiltered Sites list page.

ZTP status

Shows if the Collective is registered with the Zero Trust Platform. The widget includes a link to the ZTP settings page, and when ZTP has been configured the link will take you to the ZTP admin UI.

Client Versions

The number of each Client version in use are shown for the active sessions. This is provided to help you keep your Client estate up to date. When ZTP connected then the support level for each version will be shown. When not ZTP connected then the widget will appear as a mono-tone color.

There is also a more detailed list view available by clicking the icon towards the top right of the widget. This reveals the list view of each version.

Top Entitlements

Top Entitlements shows you the most used Entitlements in the past 24 hours. This is made up of the sum of the previous 24, one-hour time-windows.

There is also a more detailed list view which includes the number of times users have accessed them, available by clicking the icon towards the top right of the widget.

Licenses

Appgate SDP is licensed by Users, Portal Users, Sites, Connector Resource Groups, and Service Users. Licenses shows you details of your current license usage and the maximum number allowed.

A warning will appear on the Dashboard when license allocation exceeds 95% AND less than 50 licenses are un-allocated. For more information about types of license, how licensing works and how to obtain a new one refer to License.

Sign-ins per hour

The number of Claims tokens that have been issued per hour. Claims tokens that are renewed during a user-session will be treated as a new sign-in.
