AppGate's new Knowledge Portal is designed to help customers secure their applications, data, and end users more effectively. The portal serves as a central location for all technical content, including product documentation, knowledge base articles, and demo videos.
Portal Features
The portal's search function spans all content, eliminating the need to navigate multiple sites. It also introduces Sage AI, which provides detailed responses and step-by-step instructions using the same search interface.
Access to Protected Content
The portal contains both public and protected product information. AppGate customers and partners can access protected content by logging in with their existing support credentials, which will reveal additional content in the navigation, search results, and AI responses. Case management will soon be integrated into the portal, providing customers with a single location for all product information, best practices, and support.
