Released February 2, 2026.

Updates

Stability

  • Fixed an issue in which frequent polling of user session information could cause resource leaks on busy systems, resulting in some Sites not being visible in the Active Sessions page.

  • Fixed an issue that under certain circumstances would make a service crash on the Appliance when “Log NAT-IP and NAT-port” was enabled. This should not have been noticeable by end users.

Upgrades

  • Improved the database upgrade process by ensuring prerequisite processes are running and checking for “ghost” BDR nodes that could cause issues.

  • Addressed an issue in which the upgrade modal sometimes incorrectly reported “Upgrade Failed” due to expired admin tokens or Controller timing.

Name resolving

  • Reverted the deprecation of the domain:// scheme to define hosts and removed the deprecation warnings from the user interface.

  • The DNS Forwarder now keeps IPs of a hostname for 12 hours, improving reliability for dynamic DNS changes.

  • Addressed an issue in which the DNS requests was hanging when an Entitlement script took a long time to complete.

  • Fixed an issue in which hostnames using glob patterns (e.g. *.mydomain.com) didn’t react correctly to name updates.

  • Fixed an issue where the sessions under certain circumstances would stop receiving IP updates for names if the Names test button API was used frequently.

Admin UI

  • Admin UI documentation links now point to the new documentation portal for up-to-date guidance.

  • Broken links in the UI have been updated to ensure a smoother experience.

  • You can now print boolean claims in the messages of user actions such as “Display message”.

  • Addressed an issue in which the Entitlements list would crash for users with low privileges.

  • Resolved an issue which blocked the export of Entitlements and Policies.

Audit logs

  • Fixed a bug that stopped audit log forwarding after high congestion.
