To start Collective replication, you will create a target from the source Collective.
Before you start
Before creating a target:
Create a tag for the target Collective in System > Tags. This tag will be used in the source Collective to denote which entities are eligible for replication to the target Collective.
There can be multiple tags for each target, and tags can be used for multiple targets. For example, the tags
office_aandregion_bcan apply to the same target as well as others.
Configuring a target for replication
While in the source Collective:
Go to Replication Targets (System > Replication Targets).
Click +Add and enter values in the following fields:
Name. Enter a name for the target Collective.
Notes. Optional. Enter any notes about the target.
Item Replication Tags. Select +Add and select the tag you created for the child Collective
Select Save, then select Actions > Copy key to clipboard.
You will then go to the target Collective to configure the replication source.
Replication Target Actions
Action buttons are accessed by clicking the three dots icon (
