Access advanced features from the menu by clicking the three-dots icon (
) in the client’s task-bar.
Advanced Settings
To access Advanced Settings, select Settings from the menu. Below the standard settings, select Advanced to reveal the following options:
Always on top: Forces the client to display in front of all other apps.
Browser/Certificate auto sign-in: Enable this option if you use browser or certificate authentication to sign in automatically.
PIN caching (Windows only): The client remembers and reuses any PIN used with a certificate.
Close button will quit app: Changes the X button behavior so the application quits instead of minimizing to the system tray.
Advanced menu options
Click the three-dots icon () and select Advanced to reveal further advanced options:
Session Info: Shows information about the current session, such as the server you are using.
Sites: Shows information about the Sites you are connected to.
Entitlements: Displays a searchable list of all the entitlements granted to you.
Download log files: Downloads the client log files to a folder you choose. Your administrator may request these files.
