Review Before you start.
New systems come with a default Site. This Site is tagged with builtin and has Entitlement Based Routing enabled.
Actions
The Actions menu allows you to: Clone or Delete the item.
Add/Edit Site
Name
The name of the Site used within the system. This will also appear in the Client's 'List of '. This can be the name of your actual physical site (data center R02) but this is actually the Appgate SDP Site you are configuring here; and you might well have more than one of these per physical site. Think of a Site as a tool for grouping entities together.
Site Data
Geolocation
Enter the Geolocation. This can simply be copied from apps such as Google Maps.
NOTE
If you are going to be using the Use for nearest Site selection option then you must enter this information.
Short Name (deprecated)
A four character abbreviated name that will appear in the Client's 'connection status' display. This is no longer used in v6.4 Clients.
Description
A short description of the Site that will appear in the Client's 'Site details'.
