Upgrading existing appliances
SDPCTL
Use SDPCTL to perform all version 6 upgrades. This desktop tool is available on all major platforms and includes built-in UPGRADE commands that orchestrate the process end-to-end.

User clients
Clients and appliances within the same ZTNA version are always compatible. For example, a 6.0.5 client and a 6.0.1 appliance are fully compatible. AppGate guarantees client backward compatibility for at least two ZTNA versions, so a 6.4 client will work with a 6.2 server.
The Windows client is available in Full, Headless, Always-on, Multi-user, and SSO/PLAP modes. All modes use a single installer with install-time options and require PowerShell. Servers must use the Headless or Multi-user client. | ||
