AppGate ZTNA helps your security team manage policies so that if, for example, you are working from home at the weekend you might not have access to a particular resource (marked with a red no entry sign). In this situation you will see a Message explaining why access is not currently available.
When a message appears, it will be tied to the App Shortcut you just used:

From the App Shortcut:
The message tied to the App Shortcut will explain why access is currently not allowed.
Ask your local administrator about any action you could take if you wish to use this resource.
Click outside the message window to close.
From the Notification Bell:
Click on the notification to open the message window.
The message window will explain why access is currently not allowed.
Ask your local administrator about any action you could take if you need to use this application.
Click Confirmed to confirm that you have read the message and close the window.
If you want to go back, click on the cross button at the top left of the Message window.
