Please ensure that your Controller and your own device can properly resolve any hostnames you configured, otherwise these next steps may not work properly. ### Sign in to the Controller UI | ![The ZTP sign-in screen.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/e7482ce5-acfa-4c3b-b76c-b6c32472644a/Images/Documentation/ag62-admin_ztp.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T23%3A25%3A55Z&se=2026-10-27T00%3A25%3A55Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1s6D7wnw0Yg1lk1cW1gtdgEepP8Ydjbf5iVMqmQHjWw%3D) | If you are using the **hosted ZTP environment**, then the initial user identity you are given for your ZTP account will also give you access to the Controller's admin UI. | | --- | --- | | #### ![Login interface for AppGate with fields for identity provider, username, and password.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/e7482ce5-acfa-4c3b-b76c-b6c32472644a/Images/Documentation/appgate_sign_in_local.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T23%3A25%3A55Z&se=2026-10-27T00%3A25%3A55Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1s6D7wnw0Yg1lk1cW1gtdgEepP8Ydjbf5iVMqmQHjWw%3D) | **For all other environments**, go to the URL provided during configuration and add `https://` to the front and `:8443` to the end of the URL for the Controller. For example, `https://newcontroller.com:8443` You will have to accept use of the built-in certificate because it is self-signed, so your browser/operating system will not know about it. When the sign-in screen appears, provide values in the following fields: - **Identity Provider**. Select "local". - **Username**. Enter "admin". - **Password**. Use the password you created during configuration. | Once signed in you will see the [Dashboard](/v1/docs/home-dashboard-v6-7). See the [Admin UI tools](/v1/docs/admin-ui-tools-v6-7) section to help you understand what you can do in the admin UI. When you are ready, the next task is to create one or more [system administrators](/v1/docs/admin-user-access-v6-7).
