When AppGate provisions your ZTP account, it creates a Bootstrap Identity that gives you immediate access to the account. One of your first configuration tasks is to connect your external identity provider (IdP) to ZTP. This allows you and your employees to access the ZTP Cloud Console using corporate credentials.
NOTE
AppGate provides only one Bootstrap Identity per ZTP account. Connecting an external IdP ensures continued access to the ZTP Cloud Console using corporate credentials.
ZTP supports the following integration methods for external identity providers:
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Local (on-premises) and LDAP integrations are not supported.
