App Status
The main area of the client screen displays your App Shortcuts.
Fully Connected: When the client connects successfully, all app shortcuts display in color.

Partially connected: When one or more Sites are not connected, some app shortcuts are unavailable. Unavailable apps display in white with dotted gray borders. The client attempts to reconnect to these Sites periodically. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

No connections: If the client cannot connect to any of your Sites, check your device's internet connection. If the connection is working, contact your administrator.
Shortcut details
Right-clicking (or pressing and holding) an app opens a menu from which you can select Shortcut Details. This page displays a description of the app, along with its type, URL, Site, and entitlement. The Site detail may help your administrator because it identifies which Gateway you are connected to.

More Information
To access more information, click the three-dots icon (
) in the client’s task-bar and select Advanced > Session Info to open the Session Info screen.

This screen shows general information about the client’s current connection status, including:

Device proxy. If Device proxy is active on your device, some outgoing connections may route through a proxy server. Contact your AppGate ZTNA administrator if other sites or apps stop working after you connect with AppGate ZTNA.
Select Advanced > Sites to open the Sites screen, which shows the status of the Sites you are using.
