Access the client by clicking the AppGate ZTNA icon in the task bar, dock, or menu bar.
Home Screen
The App Shortcuts screen lets you launch an app. Clicking or tapping a resource opens it in your browser or the related application. If an app requires a user interaction before opening, the User Interaction screen appears first.
If an app shortcut displays a red no-entry icon, that app is currently unavailable. This may be because you are using the wrong device type or you are outside an allowed time window.

You can also pin favorite app shortcuts. Pinned shortcuts appear under the Pinned tab. To pin a shortcut, right-click or press and hold the shortcut to open the details view, then select Pin (or Unpin). When you have pinned shortcuts, a toggle appears so you can switch between viewing All shortcuts or only Pinned shortcuts.

Shortcuts may be organized into groups. You can collapse or expand app shortcut groups in the client. Groups appear in alphabetical order before any ungrouped shortcuts.
