Windows and macOS

When a new version of the Client is available, you will see a notification icon by the three dots icon in the client’s task bar. Click on this notification to go to the menu. Select Relaunch now next to the Update Available message to initiate the update. If you defer the update, it will happen automatically the next time the client starts.

The update will restart your client, so unless you selected the Keep me signed in checkbox, you’ll have to sign in again. To find out how to check the Keep me signed in option, please see the connecting section.

Linux

On Linux, the update file is downloaded and checked for you when a new version is published by your administrator, but you need to perform the update manually.

Mobile

For mobile clients, use the appropriate app store.
