Windows and macOS

When a new version of the client is available, a notification icon appears next to the three-dots icon in the client's task bar. Click the notification to go to the menu. Select Relaunch now next to the Update Available message to start the update. If you defer the update, it runs automatically the next time the client starts.

The update restarts the client. Unless you selected the Keep me signed in checkbox, you will need to sign in again after the update.

Linux

On Linux, the update file downloads and is verified automatically when your administrator publishes a new version, but you must perform the update manually.

Mobile

For mobile clients, use the appropriate app store.
